Shot Glass

Bartender, liquor, 110 proof pure grain alcohol
I said barkeep, whiskey, don't keep me waitin', com'on com'on 'n hit me
Gimme a CC water back, I need a Jim Beam or a Jack
Maybe a boilermaker with a beer chaser
Anything to get my mind offa her.......in a shot glass

Hey Bob, call my job, tell that foreman I ain't comin' in, I'm a quittin'
Hey dog, I said back off, that barstool by the jukebox is where I'm sittin'
I got an ashtray fillin' fast, I already smoked half a pack
Yeah the more I drink the less I think
So pour it now and pour it fast.........in a shot glass

BRIDGE:
Yesterday's gone, and so is tomorrow
But I'll be here tonight
Drownin' my sorrow.........in a shot glass

SOLO

Gimme a C.C. water back, I need a Jim Beam or a Jack
Maybe a boilermaker with a beer chaser
Anything to get my mind offa her........in a shot glass
